My new love is Johnny T...straight from Goodwill where I found him hunkered down in the back just waiting for me to nab him. $9.99, dragging him to the cashier and calling Ron for pickup and he was all mine! I'm still working on him, but had to share now. So far he's had a few good sandings and Formby's Restore a Finish to the top. Still have to scrape the gum off the bottom and paint the legs (thinking robins egg blue) then going to add casters to the legs. Best part..No distressing necessary! He is scarred up beautifully.
